Standard Shipping ($3.99): We offer standard shipping on all orders within the USA for a flat rate of $3.99. This shipping option typically delivers your package within 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that this does not include our production time, which is required to create your custom-printed items.
Free Shipping on Orders Above $50: For our valued customers who place orders totaling $50 or more, we provide free standard shipping within the USA. This offer applies to orders that meet the minimum threshold before taxes and after any applicable discounts.
For International Orders (Outside the USA):
Once you place your order, it will go through a brief processing period where we confirm your order details and prepare your items for production. This usually takes Maximum 1-2 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. You can find this information in the order confirmation email or by logging into your PRINTIVERSE account.
All charges are included in the shipping cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct and complete.
PRINTIVERSE is not responsible for any delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Once an order has been placed, we begin the production process promptly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations to orders that have already entered production. (If you change your mind within 5 Hours after placing your order, Email us at support@printiverse.shop. We will initiate your order cancellation or changes immediately.)
