We will initiate your order cancellation or changes immediately. However, once your order is confirmed and we start the production process, we cannot guarantee further changes or cancellations. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
PRINTIVERSE is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, PRINTIVERSE offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 10 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Live Chat” option or “Email Us” and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@printiverse.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping to the order delivered address.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that if the tag attached to the apparel has been cut off, we won’t be able to process any returns, refunds, or reprints (exchange). We appreciate your understanding and are here to help with any other concerns.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on free items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
